A Team With Real District and Site Administrative Experience

Axis9 Partners is features experienced former K-12 site administrators, teachers and District Title IX coordinators that have managed thousands of complaints, investigations, dismissals, informal resolutions, student hearings, board presentations, no contact orders, alternative placements, mediations, and more. Drawing on that expertise, Axis9 Partners was founded to help schools and districts meet legal mandates while providing guidance through the often complex and challenging landscape of Title IX, harassment investigations. and student discipline.

Managing Partner:  Stephan Brown is a retired principal, hearing officer, and Title IX Coordinator.
